In a previous video, we saw a Lacrymaria olor acnhored to some organic material while its neck strteches out in all directions grabbing juicy morsels to eat. In this video, the ciliate is swimming freely in the water, gliding smoothly around obstacles, as its neck stretches out to wherever it comes across any food. |
